What can I have painted?

I specialize in portraits. If you would like something other than a person you are welcome to email me and we can discuss ideas and options. Paintings usually have up to two people. The number of people in an image depends on the reference photo. If you do not have a particular idea for a painting we can discuss via email and come up with ideas.

Color Palette

I am currently working in a limited palette of blues, black, and grey tones. Linework is done in black and white. Paintings are done using acrylic paint on canvas. Linework can be painted on canvas in acrylic, screen printed when applicable, or giclee or canvas printed (standard option for linework). I am currently not mixing styles.

How long does it take to receive the finished work?

The short answer is approximately two weeks. The first step is deciding what we are making and finalizing the sketch. After we choose to move forward from the planning stage, it can take up to two weeks to finish the work. If the painting is being shipped, please keep in mind there will be additional time required for transit. Shipping times: US orders take 2-5 business days. International 5-14 business days (may be longer or shorter based on destination.)

Fees

Custom paintings start at $275 for 16in x 20in – my standard painting size. The price can change based on size and image. Example size options are 12in x 16in (the smallest), 16in x 20in, 18in x 24in, 24in x 36in, and larger. Linework prints will depend on the type of print. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees.

Payment

Once we have decided to move forward with the painting you will receive an invoice and a payment link to a payment page on this website. The payment is processed through Paypal however, a PayPal account is not required to make a payment. Once the payment has been processed I will begin work on your painting. The painting will be completed by the estimated deadline given to you on your invoice.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of this being a custom creation, I do not accept returns. In regard to cancellations, once a painting is in production and payment has been made I do not accept cancellations. Please cancel your commission before the production process has begun.
