Processing Time

This is the time required to make and prepare your order. The standard processing time is 2-5 business days. For commissioned artwork please allow up to two weeks or whatever the agreed-upon processing timeframe.

Shipping

US orders take 2-5 business days after processing. International orders can take longer depending on the location. The general transit time for international orders is up to 14 business days.

Returns and Cancellations

Apparel: Returns are accepted on unused items.

Prints: Cancellations with a full refund prior to processing (within the first 24 hours of purchase) are accepted. We do not refund or accept returns.

Commissioned Art: Cancellations with a full refund are accepted prior to production. Refunds and returns are not accepted. If you desire to cancel your order please do so before payment and production has started.
